We are exclusively working with a leading Bridging Finance lender looking for an experienced BDM to join their growing team. The Role

As a Bridging Finance BDM, you will:

• Develop new business opportunities and grow your broker network.
• Promote and sell short-term property finance solutions across the UK.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth deal progression.
• Achieve ambitious sales targets and earn uncapped bonuses.
• Proven experience in Bridging Finance (essential).
• Strong relationships with brokers and property intermediaries.
• Self-motivated with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and driven by results.
