Salary: £50,000 + Bonus up to 15% + Life Assurance + 25 days holiday plus BH

Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday 6-2 | 2-10 | 10-6 (early finish Fridays)

Location: Runcorn, Cheshire

We’re not going to “jobsplain” this Production Shift Manager role to you because you are already an experienced Production Manager with wisdom and understanding of how to lead within a fast paced, fully automated manufacturing environment and develop Front Line Operatives.

• Company has experienced nearly 20% YOY growth over the past four years.
• No weekends. Ok not quite true, occasionally and ONLY if demand is EXTREMELY HIGH there may be the need for the odd shift, but in general (98% of the time) you are working Monday – Friday.
• Pretty decent pay. £50,000, plus a bonus of up to 15%. Loads of other incentive schemes we can explain when we chat.
• Four talented section leaders and a wider team of c40 for you to mentor and develop.
• Three shift pattern – 6-2, 2-10, 10-6 with early finishes on a Friday for both 6-2 and 2-10 shifts.
• Reporting into an intelligent, motivating, highly experienced Ops Director who invested over an hour of business-critical time to brief us on this position. Trust us, that’s rare!
