The opportunity

As a Community Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for the smooth running of your Regus centre. You’ll motivate your team to create a great working environment that ensures customer satisfaction and retention.

A typical day at Regus

  1. Start the day with an informal team talk over coffee, planning the day and ensuring everyone is prepared.
  2. Oversee reception, welcome members and guests, and assist with Wi‑Fi and AV setup.
  3. Meet with new members to learn about their business needs and identify internal networking opportunities.
  4. Coordinate large‑scale move‑in events, preparing welcome kits, badges and keys.
  5. Assist walking‑in enquiries for coworking memberships and provide tours of the centre.
  6. Host a monthly operations meeting with Community Sales Managers and the regional Operations Manager.
  7. Perform a final walk‑through, speaking with members to gather feedback as they finish their day.
