I’m currently working with a growing Marketing-Tech business in London who are looking for aCRM Project Managerto join their growing team.
They partner with various businesses across multiple industries and provide services in developing strategies, marketing automation, brand awareness, performance & creative design. On the tech side, they are also embracing AI and have built new AI workflows utilising Open AI, Anthopic & Google Gemini which is shaping the vision for the business as they continue to grow.
They are looking for an experienced PM who can elevate customer engagement across their business via their CRM platform.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of CRM projects, from discovery and requirements gathering through to implementation and launch.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Braze, HubSpot.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure full engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Confident in an Agile environment and tools such as Jira & Asana.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Work with cross‑functional teams including development, product & customer success teams.
- Successfully allocate resources across the team to ensure project delivery.
- Take results from CRM projects to improve processes and strategies across the business.
- Ensure CRM solutions align with business strategy, compliance, data governance, and GDPR requirements.
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000
