Sweep is hiring a German-speaking Platform & Sustainability Expertwho can effectively serve both our international customers (in English) and our expanding German-speaking customer base. This dual capability will be increasingly valuable as we continue to scale our DACH operations, offering clear opportunities for progression as the region develops.As a Platform & Sustainability Expert (P&SE) within the Delivery Team, you will serve as a trusted technical authority, supporting customers through their sustainability journey as they implement Sweep in their organisation. You will act as the bridge between Sweep's technology platform and customers' sustainability objectives, ensuring successful adoption of Sweep.

You will be committed to helping our customers seamlessly adopt our platform, integrate it into their organizations, and achieve meaningful, lasting results. You will do this by working directly with customers or alongside our partners to ensure the efficient onboarding and implementation of Sweep. You will collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers, external partners, and the wider Sweep ecosystem to ensure customers become confident, autonomous users of our platform. As a PS&E, you will speak our customers’ language and turn their feedback into actionable insights for our product teams.

1. Customer Implementation & Technical Delivery

  • Independently lead customer implementation projects as the primary Delivery Lead, acting as the technical authority and providing expert guidance throughout all project phases.
  • Design and conduct collaborative workshops with customer teams to configure and customize the Sweep platform to fit their sustainability use cases.
  • Advise customers on data integration architecture, tree structure creation, survey design, and automations, anticipating challenges and proactively suggesting solutions.
  • Oversee and undertake historical data integration and recommend optimal setup, drawing on both platform and sustainability expertise.
  • Liaise with Sweep’s technical specialists; as required; for advanced topics (API integrations, SSO, custom data flows), ensuring seamless project execution.

2. Platform Expertise & Customer Training

  • Deliver tailored training and enablement sessions, adapting delivery to suit each customer’s needs, context, and learning style.
  • Guide customers through best practices for implementation, reporting, and data management, ensuring they develop autonomy and confidence in using the Sweep platform.
  • Share advanced platform tips and industry best practices, helping customers drive real business value from their sustainability initiatives.
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of enablement materials, drawing on your hands‑on experience.
