We are seeking a proactive and versatile Office and Facilities Manager to oversee and support the smooth operation of our Droitwich site, including both production and office environments.

This dual role combines hands‑on facilities maintenance support with responsibility for office coordination, ensuring a safe, efficient, and professional workplace for all employees. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable managing maintenance schedules and contractors as they are overseeing office operations, budgets, and administrative processes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Basic hands‑on maintenance skills and ability to coordinate external contractors.
  • Experience managing office operations and supplier contracts.
  • Excellent organisational, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with maintenance or facilities software.
  • NEBOSH or IOSH qualification.
  • IWFM (BIFM) or Facilities Management‑related qualification.
  • First Aid or Fire Warden certification.
  • Experience supporting lean or continuous improvement initiatives.
