Shift Pattern: Afternoons

Hours per week: 27

Pay Rate: £14.82 per hour

About the Role

As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in the day‑to‑day running of your department. You’ll lead by example, support colleagues, keep the shop floor running smoothly and ensure customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customers and lead by example.
  • Manage stock, support new starters and solve problems.
  • Collaborate with the manager to deliver high standards and keep the team motivated.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a retail or customer‑facing environment.
