Overview

TGHC Group Ltd T/A The Gower Heating Co are an award winning heating company based on the Gower coast, Swansea. We specialise in installation and maintainance of a wide range of heating and ventilation systems from gas boiler, heat pumps, MVHR to air conditioning. We are a small company but pride ourselves on high standards of work and delivering modern approaches to heating homes and commercial buildings.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site (can be hybrid for the right person) Administrator role located in Swansea. The Administrator will be responsible for office operations, coordinating schedules, quoting and invoicing, handling communication, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient functioning of the wider company.

Someone

  • friendly and be able to chat to customers on the phone. Some of our customers love a chat.
  • Empathetic towards customers needs, especially when they have an emergency need for us
  • Be good with google drive, management software like trello, tradify, whatsapp business etc
  • Able to self schedule, prioritise your own time depending on workload and needs at the time
  • Understand basic invoicing and quoting
  • Be able to communicate with peers and plan days for all staff
  • Book/order materials
  • Ideally you will have worked in construction but not essential.
