Overview
Marketing & Content Co-ordinator role in the Black Country region. Permanent, hybrid working arrangement, 35 hours per week. Salary £22,880 per annum. Benefits include a company pension, flexitime, free parking, on-site parking, sick pay, and the option to work from home.
Responsibilities
- Develop engaging social media content for platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Manage and update the content calendar to ensure consistent messaging.
- Create and deliver impactful email campaigns and track performance.
- Use design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud) to produce eye‑catching digital and print materials.
- Optimise website content and manage updates.
- Analyse campaign performance and contribute innovative ideas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience in crafting creative content for various digital channels.
- Knowledge of social media management, email marketing tools, and CMS systems.
- Strong organisational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and collaborative approach with a problem-solving mindset.
