Role Summary:
Join a dynamic team as a Manager (regional number 2 to the Partner), delivering impactful solutions to CFOs and key stakeholders during transactions, refinancing, and operational improvement projects. This role offers the chance to lead high-profile assignments, mentor a talented team, and shape a high-performing, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple projects, delivering outputs such as financial models, KPI analysis, and data packs.
- Build and manage strong client relationships, providing innovative and practical solutions.
- Oversee and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Design and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery to the highest standards.
- Support business development through lead generation and proposal preparation.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent) with minimum 4+ years PQE.
- Background in Transaction Services or Restructuring Advisory, ideally from a top-tier firm.
- Proven ability to manage teams and deliver under pressure.
- Strong financial modelling and Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
