Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Preston, Lancashire. The Business Administrator will be responsible for handling daily business operations, working with process driven transactions, conducting data analysis, and ensuring effective communication across departments. The role includes various administrative tasks, supporting business management activities, and contributing to operational planning initiatives.
Duties
- Use a variety of sources, such as CRM software, to support the smooth running of the processes for the business
- Complete market research to help find new business opportunities
- Monitor new and upcoming projects
- Work closely with all internal departments to support growth and development
- Work in conjunction with sales and design teams to help present future opportunities
- Collate information and produce updated reports for Senior Management
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and managers
Skills
- Strong work ethic
- Proficiency in Business Administration and Business Management
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Ability to identify opportunities to promote additional business through new and existing accounts
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to track and progress detailed records within our in-house CRM
- Experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given
- Knowledge of Adobe suite programs used in the design process
- Experience in the sportswear or fashion industry is a plus
