The Role
As Business Development Manager, you’ll work closely with the Associate Director and CEO, playing a key role in shaping the future growth of the business.
You will:
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with Multi-Academy Trusts, positioning Milk Education as a trusted long-term partner
- Create and execute strategic business development plans to increase engagement, market presence, and revenue
- Use CRM systems to effectively manage outreach, targets, and performance
- Collaborate closely with the Associate Director to convert new Trusts into consistent, long-term users of Milk Education services
