This is a permanent, part-time role, working weekend - Saturday and Sunday and covering the hours of 14:00 - 00:00, with flexibility required during peak periods. The role offers an annual salary of 19,935.32 plus a weekend and a shift allowance of £2,786.16.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient working of a number of teams over the course of a shift, across all activities related to client order fulfilment.

Key tasks:

• Plan and allocate resources (staff, equipment, consumables) to ensure smooth fulfilment operations
• Implement efficient processes to exceed client expectations in quality and accuracy
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and Health & Safety, addressing any breaches per policy
• Set and achieve KPIs to drive performance and profitability
• Build strong client relationships and ensure their needs are met
• Identify and resolve issues proactively to minimise service disruption

Profile:

• Previous experience working as a Shift Manager
• Confident in planning own shifts and managing agency headcount
• Ability to lead, support, and motivate a team
• Background in retail, e-commerce, or fashion is highly preferable
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems
