Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Hotel Deputy Manager based in Milan. The Hotel Deputy Manager will oversee daily operations of the hotel, ensure high‑quality service delivery, and assist in managing staff to maintain a welcoming environment. Responsibilities include scheduling and supervising team members, addressing guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring operational and cost efficiency, and collaborating with the General Manager to implement business strategies. The role also involves optimizing guest satisfaction and assisting with staff training and recruitment to uphold the company's customer‑service standards.

• Strong leadership and team management skills to supervise staff effectively and ensure a cohesive work environment.
• Proficiency in team management and suppliers cost efficiency and organizational skills for maintaining smooth hotel functions.
• Excellent customer service skills to handle guest needs, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with team members and engage with guests.
• Experience in boutique hospitality or luxury accommodations and reference letter from previous job is absolutely required.
• Proficiency in using hotel management software and industry tools is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required, and additional language skills are an advantage.
