About the Brand

Responsibilities
- Support daily trading activity across ecommerce sites
- Launch content updates, campaigns, and promotions that drive engagement and sales
- Use tools like GA4 and Shopify Analytics to deliver insight-led recommendations
- Collaborate with CRM to build customer loyalty and drive retention
- Help optimise the onsite journey — improving navigation, storytelling, and conversion
- Liaise with Tech & Product teams to brief, test, and enhance site functionality
What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
- 1+ year in an ecommerce or digital trading role
- Hands-on experience with Shopify (ideally Plus)
- Knowledge of CRM systems like Klaviyo, Hubspot, or Salesforce
- Confident using data to influence decisions and boost performance metrics (CVR, AOV, revenue)
- A proactive, “get stuck in” mindset and passion for all things ecommerce
