About the Brand

Responsibilities

• Support daily trading activity across ecommerce sites
• Launch content updates, campaigns, and promotions that drive engagement and sales
• Use tools like GA4 and Shopify Analytics to deliver insight-led recommendations
• Collaborate with CRM to build customer loyalty and drive retention
• Help optimise the onsite journey — improving navigation, storytelling, and conversion
• Liaise with Tech & Product teams to brief, test, and enhance site functionality

What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)

• 1+ year in an ecommerce or digital trading role
• Hands-on experience with Shopify (ideally Plus)
• Knowledge of CRM systems like Klaviyo, Hubspot, or Salesforce
• Confident using data to influence decisions and boost performance metrics (CVR, AOV, revenue)
• A proactive, “get stuck in” mindset and passion for all things ecommerce
