Salary: 25,000–30,000
Responsibilities
- Oversee all our work with under 18s.
- Lead, mobilise, and inspire others; motivate, recruit and train new leaders to meet the demands of this growing ministry.
- Be a key voice in the core leadership team as we seek to bring children and youth ministry into the heart of our vision and strategy as a benefice.
- Develop missional initiatives and new worshipping communities to expand the reach of our current provision, likely through close links with primary schools in the benefice.
- Support our current teams: youth and children’s ministry, a part-time family minister, and a committed team of volunteers.

Christ Church, Worksop and St Luke’s Shireoaks are lively and growing, warm-hearted, mission-shaped, evangelical churches part of the Diocese of Southwell and Nottingham.
