Location: Ripon – office based (commutable from Harrogate, York, Thirsk, Northallerton)
Monday to Friday | No weekends | No evenings

About the Role

We’re recruiting a Customer Success–focused Relationship Manager to join the Head Office team at Bill Plant Driving School, one of the UK’s largest and most trusted driving tuition providers.

This is a relationship-led, customer support role focused on onboarding, coaching, and ongoing account management for our network of self-employed driving instructors.

You’ll help instructors grow their businesses, solve problems, and deliver great experiences to learners — supported by a friendly, collaborative team.
