Project Manager – Residential / Care Homes
Location: Maidstone, Kent
This role involves delivering residential new build and care home projects across Kent and the South East. This is a forward-thinking contractor with a healthy project pipeline and genuine opportunities for career progression.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the successful delivery of new build residential and/or care home schemes from pre-construction through to handover.
- Lead site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure programme, cost, quality, and safety targets are achieved.
- Maintain strong client relationships, attending progress meetings and providing regular updates.
- Drive compliance with health & safety and NHBC standards throughout the build.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and reporting to senior management.
- Identify risks early and implement solutions to maintain project momentum.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Project Manager within the construction sector.
- Experience in residential new build and/or care home projects is essential.
- Strong knowledge of NHBC standards and compliance processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage stakeholders, drive teams, and deliver projects to deadline.
