LeoVegas Group is hiring a Workplace Experience Coordinator to join its Leeds office on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys creating a welcoming and engaging workplace, and is passionate about people and culture. You’ll work closely with HR, IT, and branding teams to ensure a seamless office experience.

  • Location: Leeds, England (on-site at Tailors Corner, 2 minutes from Leeds Train Station)
  • Hours: 20 hours/week (4 hours/day)
  • Type: Part-Time
  • Interview Dates: Week of October 6, with final rounds on October 14 and 22

Responsibilities

Office Operations & Logistics

  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and maintain presentation standards
  • Manage office supplies, groceries, and expense tracking
  • Ensure the office reflects brand standards and runs smoothly
  • Liaise with facilities and landlords for safety and maintenance

Culture & Engagement

  • Organize social events and team activities
  • Foster relationships across departments and promote company values
  • Support internal communications and prepare materials for staff meetings
  • Oversee health and safety compliance at the Leeds office
  • Promote wellbeing initiatives and support employee comfort

Local Networking & Brand Building

  • Attend local networking events and build community connections
  • Develop partnerships with local suppliers for perks and discounts

Team Support

  • Assist the UK People Team with ad hoc tasks and projects

Candidate Profile

  • Friendly, approachable, and highly organized
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • High attention to detail and professionalism

Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience in a similar role, especially in tech or fast-growing environments
  • Familiarity with workplace health and safety
  • Event planning or internal communications background
  • Workation: Up to 4 weeks/year working remotely abroad
  • Paid Leave: 28 days + public holidays
