Join to apply for the Process & Accountability Lead role at Civil Works Alliance.

We are recruiting for a unique opportunity within the CWA (Civil Works Alliance) as we embark on a project of national importance: supporting the delivery of Sizewell C. This landmark power station will generate low‑carbon electricity for six million homes, securing the UK’s energy future for at least the next 60 years.

The Senior Process & Accountability Lead will lead the design and mapping of CWA’s key processes, turning them into clear, visual flows and practical “how to” guidance within the Integrated Management System. They will define and maintain accountability frameworks (such as Linear Responsibility Matrices) to clarify who is responsible for what across delivery sections, functions and key stakeholders. A core part of the role is to drive implementation and adoption of these processes and accountabilities, ensuring they are understood, used and embedded in day‑to‑day delivery. The role will also lead and facilitate cross‑functional workshops, tracking process development progress, surfacing issues and opportunities of CWA’s ways of working.
