About the role
Reporting to the Lead PMO, the Project Manager will be responsible for managing the delivery of projects related to Motia across Fuel and Fleet products.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for end to end delivery of projects including creating and maintaining Project Documentation such as Project Plans, RAID Logs
- Managing third‑party vendors to ensure business requirements are fully understood and delivered accurately
- Lead project meetings to ensure projects are on track, identify and mitigate risk and issues
- Work across functions to establish working solutions that meet quality standard and stakeholder expectations
- Work with PMO Lead to ensure projects are delivered on time, budget and to required quality
- Compliance with our Business Conduct Guidelines and other Group Policies
- Any other duties as may be reasonably required
Requirements
- Previous experience of successfully delivering projects and change across business functions
- Recognised qualification in Project Management: Prince2, APM, PMP certification
- Demonstrates a proactive approach to problem resolution and informed decision‑making
- Ability to communicate to all levels of the business from end users to Senior Leadership Team
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise according to business needs
- Provide leadership and guidance to Project Managers alongside the Lead PMO driving project excellence
- Assuring accuracy in documentation, reporting and compliance
- Experience in using Project Tools such as MSP, Visio, Microsoft Excel and Jira
- Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle to travel between sites
