This is an ideal opportunity for a Product Strategist looking to leverage their expertise in a market-leading team on a temporary basis. Key responsibilities:
- Determine the positioning and target market for the company’s investment strategies.
- Identify, establish and develop a set of goals and actions (e.g. develop materials, product training, new vehicles, change in positioning, etc.)
- Oversee the ongoing execution and enhancement of the communication strategy in partnership with the investment and client groups.
- Contribute to the development of content (e.g. white papers, market research, pitch book, fact-sheets, etc.).
- Collaborate with the investment and client teams to develop and deliver regular product trainings.
- Monitor, evaluate and improve the business's range of investment vehicles (Private funds, UCITS, SICAVs, etc.).
- Observe the business’ competitive positioning in terms of objectives, performance, fees, and vehicles.
Candidate profile:
- Bachelors’ degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or similar as well as MBA and/or CFA qualification is desired.
- 5+ years’ experience in a relevant role, 3+ years’ experience within asset management.
- Advanced knowledge of global institutional investors and global investment vehicles (UCITS, mutual funds, commingled funds).
- Advanced analytical/conceptual problem-solving skills with ability to leverage quantitative and qualitative approaches and develop actionable recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience with project management, presentation development, and delivery.
- Demonstrate high intellectual capacity and curiosity.
- Have a strong work ethic, self-starter and a quick-study mentality, ability to work independently and also lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
