We are looking for an inspiring, strategic and operationally strong Operational Manager to lead the BR24 Alarm Receiving Centre during a period of sector-wide transformation. You will bring leadership, innovation and calm, ensuring our people, systems and processes come together to deliver exceptional, person-centred outcomes.
Hours of Work: 35 hours per week, working on a rolling 2-week rota.
