Day to day
- Collaborate with the business and the team to convert thoughtful analysis and understanding into practical tasks for developers
- Apply customer insights, data analytics, and design expertise to ensure that product development meets customer needs and achieves desired outcomes.
- Monitor product performance against established metrics and make necessary adjustments when required.
- Foster strong relationships with key individuals and successfully navigate a collaborative work environment to align strategy and execution.
- Support the development of efficient processes and digital development practices across the organization
About you
- Demonstrable experience in digital product management
- Proven track record of leading cross‑functional teams and delivering successful digital products
- Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methods and industry‑standard tools
- Experience with technologies such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target
- Strong ability to effectively manage and communicate with various individuals involved in the project
- Demonstrated understanding of market trends and the ability to strategize product solutions to meet customer needs
