Key Duties (Including but not limited to):
- Onboard and expand the network of brokers engaging with the Company’s digital offerings specifically in Midlands, Wales, and Norfolk
- Improve broker performance metrics such as quote volumes and hit ratios within the region
- Support SME business migration from commercial and operational perspectives in these territories
- Collaborate with Marketing to generate leads and enhance brand presence locally
- Securing deals of significant size and identifying new distribution opportunities within the region
- Strong business and commercial acumen, especially within the UK digital insurance market
- Established digital broker network in the Midlands, Wales, and Norfolk
- Excellent negotiation and commercial awareness skills
- Deep understanding of digital insurance and FinTech trends
