Responsibilities
- Provide first‑class mechanical repairs and diagnostics at customer locations (driveways, office car parks, etc.)
- Engage with customers, give practical advice, and represent the RAC brand with pride
- Manage stock, complete reporting, and maintain clear communication with customers
- Work a flexible schedule, including occasional Saturday work and staying available 8 am–8 pm during the first month
Qualifications & Experience
- Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
- At least 3 years hands‑on experience as a vehicle technician working with a range of light vehicles
- Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
