Salary: £31,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday 08.00 am – 17.30 pm; Saturday on rota basis 08.00 – 12.00 pm
We are on the hunt for a Trade Parts Supervisor to join our exceptional team at Colchester Land Rover. Within this role you will report to the Parts Manager, who has an extraordinary wealth of experience within the automotive industry.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the Parts Manager with daily duties
- Checking stocks, invoicing and issuing them to our delivery drivers
- Cashing in drivers
- Ensuring returns are up to date
- Answering calls from trade customers and securing sales
- Providing excellent customer care
- Driving your team to achieve set goals and targets
- Conducting 1‑to‑1 meetings quarterly with your team
- Monthly reviews with the manufacturer
You will have previous experience gained in a similar role. You will possess excellent communication skills and practical knowledge of computer systems. It is important that you can work as part of a team as well as independently.
