About the Role

WearelookingforaSalesLeadtoownanddrivethefullsalescycleatNOAH.Thisroleisidealforambitiouscommercialprofessionalswhothriveinafast-pacedstartupenvironment,andareeagertoshapethegrowthengineofascalingfintech.Thesuccessfulcandidatewillplayacriticalroleinbuilding,managing,andscalingoursalesfunction—workingcloselywiththeco-foundersandsupportingtheteamtodeliversustainablerevenuegrowth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owntheend-to-endsalescycle:outreach,relationship-building,negotiation,andclosing.
  • Contributetothedevelopmentandscalingofthesalesfunction:implementrepeatableprocesses,tools,andplaybooksforefficiency.
  • Supportwithbankingandpartneronboardingstoensuresmoothintegrationsandclientsuccessfromtimetotime.
  • WorkdirectlywiththeSalesLeadtodefinesalesstrategy,targets,andpriorities.
  • Manageandmentorjuniorsalesmembers,providingguidanceandsupportingtheirdevelopment.
  • Implementprocessestobettertrackpipeline,performance,andreporting.
  • Builddeepclientrelationships,ensuringNOAHispositionedasalong-termtrustedpartner.
  • Identifyandunlocknewrevenueopportunitieswithinexistingandnewmarkets.

What We’re Looking For

  • StrongtrackrecordinB2Bsales,ideallywithinfintech,payments,orSaaS.
  • Provenexperienceinowningandclosingenterprise-levelsalescycles.
  • Abilitytodesign,implement,andoptimisesalesprocessesfromscratch.
  • Exceptionalcommunicationandnegotiationskills.
  • Experiencemanagingupwards(toseniorleadership)anddownwards(mentoringjuniorteammembers).
  • Comfortworkinginastartupenvironment:proactive,resourceful,andexecution-focused.
  • Bonus:exposuretopayments,cryptoinfrastructure,orbankingpartnerships.
