Product Manager
Location: Gateshead, UK. Hybrid basis.

As a Product Manager, you will be in a customer‑facing role and will play a pivotal part in delivering innovative data‑driven solutions that meet and exceed our clients’ needs. Key responsibilities include:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing advice on product capabilities and solutions.
- Create product roadmaps, documentation, and release notes.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept through to delivery.
- Liaise with third parties to identify opportunities for product enhancement and new offerings.
- Gather and interpret client requirements into actionable deliverables for development teams.
- Maintain and prioritise product backlogs, approving content for each release cycle.
- Develop and execute clear communication plans for product releases.
- Provide product training and support to both internal teams and customers.
About you:
- You’ll be an experienced Product Manager, ideally in a technology or software development environment.
- Experience with digital transformation projects would be desirable.
- You have a good understanding of the UK energy or healthcare sector.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps for documentation and requirement tracking.
- You will be able to bring technical understanding, commercial acumen, and people skills.
- You’ll be comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience preparing tenders or supporting business retention initiatives.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
