An excellent opportunity for an experienced General Office / Facilities Supervisor to join a prestigious UK law firm on a permanent basis.
Base pay range
Salary to £55,000

Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily functions of the Office Services department, including facilities, health and safety, mail room and reprographics, overseeing a team of four.
- Manage the General Office team and coordinate with the wider client services team.
- Coordinate and oversee repairs, maintenance, and service contracts for building systems and equipment; arrange specialist maintenance as required.
- Monitor and enforce health & safety standards in accordance with UK regulations; conduct regular safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
- Complete Fire / Health & Safety Risk Assessments and attend landlord/tenant meetings.
- Manage reprographics, binding, mail and food delivery, mail processing, courier services and copy functions.
- Coordinate shift activities, workflow, and daily functions to ensure consistent coverage.
- Monitor travel alerts and keep the office updated on travel disruptions.
- Conduct Health & Safety/office tour orientations for new joiners.
- Oversee First Aiders and Fire Marshals; arrange training as required; act as Head Fire Marshal for the London office.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Team Leader / Supervisor in Facilities / General Office Services in a law firm.
- Proven experience in reprographics (copy, scan and print requests, e-bibles, binding, and mail services) in a legal setting.
- Willingness to occasionally work outside core hours to coordinate with vendors / oversee repairs or maintenance carried out outside standard office times.
