Key Responsibilities

• Optimise planning and scheduling to maximise consultants\' workload
• Manage workflow to meet and exceed customer demands
• Ensure continued high standards of product quality and excellence
• Conduct financial forecasting to support business growth
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients and service providers

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations management within a fast-growing business
• Expertise in scheduling systems and managing field staff
• Exceptional communication, management, and leadership skills
• Strong organisational and administrative capabilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• High attention to detail and excellent time management skills
• Flexible, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing environments
• Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM
