A community‑based company, famed for creating unforgettable experiences for families, is on the hunt for a Social & Content Lead, working to lead on, and develop interesting social campaigns across a variety of channels.

Location: Solihull (three days in office)

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

• At least three years of experience in a social media‑focused role, ideally with an interest in video content and UCG
• Previous experience developing and executing social strategy across all of the main social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Demonstrable experience working on influencer partnerships and other community first content
• The ability to interpret data following campaigns and create cohesive reports
• Happy to work closely with the marketing, partnerships, and ticketing teams to align strategy with the wider growth strategy
• Able to brief and manage content creators, agencies, and freelancers when and where required
