A stunning, privately owned luxury country house hotel in the Wiltshire countryside is seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to support the General Manager and oversee the day‑to‑day running of this elegant property.

You will be hands‑on, leading by example and working closely with department heads to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
You’ll need previous experience in a similar senior management role within a quality hotel environment with strong leadership and communication skills.
