Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient operation during the shift and take responsibility for team briefings
- Check public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained
- Supervise, mentor and develop the public area cleaners assigned to your section
- Empower the team to contribute to the guest experience
- Listen to the needs of guests and team members and adapt to meet them
- Maintain a courteous and professional attitude with guests and team members
