You probably know us best from brands like Bulmers, Magners and Tennent’s. We are seeking a Business Change Manager to lead the business transformation workstream within an assigned project plan. The role defines the approach and deliverables aligned with timeframes, cost, quality, scope, benefits and risk performance goals as set out by the Programme Director.
You’re a proactive and solutions-focused professional with a strong track record in task management and team leadership. You bring hands-on experience in system and ERP transitions, using data analysis and creative thinking to solve complex challenges and deliver impactful solutions. Your understanding of project management techniques is matched by your knowledge of quality management principles, system processes, and value chain efficiency. You’re confident in leading teams to deliver tasks effectively and are passionate about training others on new processes to embed lasting change.
