The business development team works with fast-growing businesses in both the B2B and B2C sectors. We operate in over 120 countries and help over 1,000 clients expand into new markets and territories every month. Our service has transparent ROI, and we work closely with partners to build a scalable and profitable channel of new business. Our business development managers help clients improve close rates and maximise value from our leads.

The Role

The first three months will be focused on building the foundations required to then become a Business Development Manager. You'll be part of an intensive training programme that will equip you with the skills you need to achieve at MVF. The sales academy is a fast-track programme designed for ambitious individuals who want an accelerated career path in international sales, combining one-to-one coaching with classroom training on all aspects of sales.

Starting salary £30,000 + uncapped commission.
