Sales Admin Assistant – Fashion at TRP Recruitment ltd. This role supports a team of Account Managers in a busy London office and offers hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of a fashion supplier.

Responsibilities
- Managing the sample tracker and chasing development samples
- Raising and updating orders on the internal system
- Preparing and submitting customer price sheets
- Organising and sending out parcels to customers (including development samples, lab dips, and fabric hangers)
- Monitoring and recording customer sample returns
- Managing the production sample library – ensuring it is tidy, up-to-date, and ready for customer meetings
- Preparing for customer meetings, including collating swatches and lab dips
- Sending style information to factories for costing
- Supporting the Account Managers with cost price analysis and fabric price enquiries
Person Specification
- A recent graduate or first jobber with a genuine interest in the clothing/fashion industry
- Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and highly organised
- Logical thinker with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal, across multiple channels
- Strong IT skills – proficient in Excel and Outlook; quick to pick up new systems
- Positive, proactive, can-do attitude
