Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager – Prime Residential

Overview

Multi-Site role in London for a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager. A growing privately owned main contractor delivering prime residential refurbishments and new builds in Chelsea, Kensington, Holland Park and other prestigious areas of London. Projects typically range from £1k to £5m and are now targeting work to £10m.

The company has a personable and experienced director and a loyal, motivated workforce.

Role and Responsibilities

This is a varied, client-facing role where you’ll play an integral part in project delivery:

• Overseeing 2–3 live projects from preconstruction through to completion.
• Preparing and managing programmes, with support from contracts managers.
• Leading and supporting Site Managers across multiple schemes.
• Attending meetings with high-net-worth private clients, architects, and consultants.
• Balancing time between sites, the office, and some home working.

About You / Qualifications

Whether you’re an experienced Project Manager or a driven Assistant PM ready to step up, you’ll bring:

• A background in high-spec residential refurbishment (essential).
• The ability to manage multiple priorities with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills.
