Job Title: Strategic Procurement Manager
Location: London, UK (Hybrid – 2 days in office)
About the Role
Our client, a leading global organisation, is seeking a Strategic Procurement Manager to drive category strategy and procurement excellence across the EUCAN region. This is a high-impact, regional role focused on delivering value, innovation, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement regional category strategies for market-facing spend categories.
- Manage sourcing projects, demand management, and process improvements to achieve procurement targets.
- Act as the primary business partner for UK & Ireland, ensuring alignment of procurement activities with local and regional needs.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and act as the single point of contact for procurement matters.
- Monitor and report on procurement activities, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 10+ years’ experience in strategic and operational procurement, ideally in a global or regional context.
- Proven track record in cost reduction, value improvement, and leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Creative, innovative, and able to drive change in a complex environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10%).
