The Role of Business Development Manager

• This is a field / home based role.
• As Business Development Manager you will be tasked with targeting predominantly SME construction organisations / contractors in and around the Leicester area.
• The successful Business Development Manager will target decision makers within the construction industry i.e. roofing contractors / building companies etc.
• This mainly a business development role. Key aspects of the role will include self-generating appointments, following internal leads, building a pipeline, canvassing in and around appointments on siteand negotiating.
• The average Business Development Manager can earn£1.5k+ per month on top of their basic salary.
