Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Creator Management, Shopping Center, and Campaign teams to accelerate merchant business performance.
- Leverage data to understand merchant pain points, identify opportunities, prioritize solutions and drive these solutions through cross‑functional collaboration.
- Collaborate with Creator and Agency teams to enable sellers to create strong content that attracts new customers.
- Become an expert user of tools for reporting, budget control, promotional spend, and content management.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in category management at an e‑commerce company, large retailer, agency or similar role with specialism in category.
- Strong knowledge of the UK Electronics landscape and consumer demands.
- Understanding of social commerce and content creation is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.
- Quick learner, proactive, resilient, able to cope well under pressure and thrive in ambiguous environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above; e‑commerce internship or industry experience desirable.
- Strong understanding of content platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Experience with e‑commerce platforms and marketplace dynamics.
- Data‑driven, strong execution, clear communication, good collaboration, solid time management.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, adapt quickly to change.
