Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound leads, conduct discovery calls with business owners, analyse financial documents, match businesses with suitable lenders, and guide them through financing transactions.
- Foster and nurture relationships with our existing panel of lenders and explore partnerships with new lenders.
- Learn and keep up‑to‑date with ongoing updates and changes with financial products offered.
- Continuously develop your sales, negotiation, and other skills to drive revenue for the company.
Requirements
Previous sales experience is required. Previous sales experience in the commercial finance sector is preferred. We are open to applications from qualified and motivated candidates who are eager to make an impact.
Compensation and Benefits

- On Target Earnings (OTE) of £100,000 once you graduate from the Analyst Academy.

This is a highly commission‑based role, with market‑leading potential to hit your OTE target and to vastly exceed it if you are highly proficient.
