The club is recruiting a first team manager on a fixed-term contract basis.

We are seeking a leader who can inspire players, drive standards, and implement a clear footballing philosophy. The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong tactical knowledge and experience managing at intermediate level or above
• Excellent communication and man-management skills
• The ability to attract and retain talented players
• A proven track record of developing young talent
• Good organisational skills and a professional approach to training, analysis, and match preparation

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all first-team football operations, including training, matchday decisions, and squad selection
• Develop a clear playing style aligned with the club’s vision
• Work closely with coaching staff, medical team, and club officials
• Recruit and manage players within club budgets
• Represent the club professionally on and off the pitch
• Support youth development pathways into the first team
