The Role of Project Manager Plymouth
- Project Leadership: Overseeing projects from inception through to completion, ensuring every milestone is met.
- Financial Control: Managing project budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability.
- Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating risks before they can impact timelines or budgets.
- Client Relations: Building strong, lasting relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Strategic Direction: Providing technical advice and leading both pre- and post-contract project management services.
What Our Client is Looking For
- A degree in a construction-related subject.
- Around 4 years of post-qualification experience with a consultancy organization.
- A strong understanding of construction methodologies, procurement, and contract forms like NEC, JCT, or FIDIC.
- Experience with project management software such as Asta PowerProject or MS Project.
- Working towards a professional qualification like MRICS, MCIOB, or MAPM.
Salary & Benefits: Project Manager Vacancy Plymouth, Devon
- Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per annum, based on experience.
