Business Development Manager – SaaS
FinBursa is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with 5 years of experience in fintech, SaaS or within an investment firm to drive strategic growth and build strong partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the investment industry, excel at identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships, and delivering results in a competitive market. This position reports to the Head of Strategy, Business Development and Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership:
- Engage potential clients via email, LinkedIn, phone, and events.
- Schedule and qualify discovery calls for the senior sales team.
- Maintain clean and organized records in our CRM.
- Pitching and Negotiation: Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients and close high‑value deals.
- Build Industry Expertise: Leverage knowledge of the investment industry to align FinBursa’s offerings with client needs and market demands.
- Reporting: Track activity metrics and provide regular updates on sales pipelines, market opportunities, and client feedback to senior management.
- Market Expansion: Drive growth by supporting new market entry and strengthening FinBursa’s presence in existing ones.
- Market Insights: Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to refine business strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align on product offerings and market positioning.
Key Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or the investment industry with a proven track record of success.
- Good understanding of the investment landscape, including fundraising, deal sourcing, and investor relations; or interest in fintech, private markets, private equity, venture capital, or investment advisory.
- Established connections within the investment industry.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with outreach tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo, Kondo, Clay).
- Highly organized and proactive, with strong follow‑up habits.
- Strategic thinker with strong negotiation and deal‑closing skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field (preferred).
