An opportunity has opened for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join our client’s growing team, working on Social Housing contracts across Merseyside.
Description
- Manage all commercial aspects of assigned Social Housing projects.
- Ensure cost control, accurate reporting, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support procurement of subcontractors and manage subcontract accounts.
- Work closely with site teams and clients to ensure value for money and contract compliance.
- Prepare valuations, variations, and final accounts.
- Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and monthly reporting.
- Support and mentor junior members of the commercial team.
Profile
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally at a senior/project level.
- Strong understanding and experience within Social Housing refurbishment or maintenance contracts.
- Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying.
