This is a hybrid role (1 day a week in the London office) with a starting salary of £30,000 and strong potential to go permanent, working with a profitable, PE-backed SaaS scale-up in the LMS space.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing customer queries through email and live chat.
- Troubleshooting issues and escalating when needed.
- Helping customers navigate the LMS platform and access resources.
- Ensuring every interaction is fast, accurate, and supportive.
What you’ll bring:
