KeyResponsibilities
- Provide1stand2ndlinesupportformacOSandiOSdevicesacrossmultipleclientenvironments.
- Manage,configure,andmaintaindevicesusingMobileDeviceManagement(MDM)toolssuchasJamf,Addigy,Kandji,orMosyle.
- Diagnoseandresolvehardware,software,andnetworkingissuesefficientlyandprofessionally.
- Supportsystemdeployments,upgrades,andintegrationswithinmixedApple/Windowsenvironments.
- Deliveroutstandingcustomerservice—bothremotelyandonsite—withafocusonbuildinglong-termclientrelationships.
- Collaboratewithinternalteamstoensureservicelevelsandclientexpectationsareconsistentlyexceeded.
Skills&Experience
- ProvenexperiencesupportingAppleenvironmentswithinanITsupportormanagedservicessetting.
- Applecertifications(e.g.ACSP,ACiT,orsimilar)highlydesirable.
- Excellentcommunicationandclient-facingskills,withtheabilitytoexplaintechnicalissuesclearlyandconfidently.
- Comfortableworkingindependentlyandmanagingmultipleprioritiesinadynamicenvironment.
