KeyResponsibilities

  • Provide1stand2ndlinesupportformacOSandiOSdevicesacrossmultipleclientenvironments.
  • Manage,configure,andmaintaindevicesusingMobileDeviceManagement(MDM)toolssuchasJamf,Addigy,Kandji,orMosyle.
  • Diagnoseandresolvehardware,software,andnetworkingissuesefficientlyandprofessionally.
  • Supportsystemdeployments,upgrades,andintegrationswithinmixedApple/Windowsenvironments.
  • Deliveroutstandingcustomerservice—bothremotelyandonsite—withafocusonbuildinglong-termclientrelationships.
  • Collaboratewithinternalteamstoensureservicelevelsandclientexpectationsareconsistentlyexceeded.

Skills&Experience

  • ProvenexperiencesupportingAppleenvironmentswithinanITsupportormanagedservicessetting.
  • Applecertifications(e.g.ACSP,ACiT,orsimilar)highlydesirable.
  • Excellentcommunicationandclient-facingskills,withtheabilitytoexplaintechnicalissuesclearlyandconfidently.
  • Comfortableworkingindependentlyandmanagingmultipleprioritiesinadynamicenvironment.
