We are currently seeking an experienced and talented IT Support Technician to join our high performing team.

Monday – Friday (early finish on Fridays)

Role Purpose

1st Line IT Support

As well as getting hands‑on exposure to a number of new and ongoing upgrade projects, you will facilitate in the effective operation and daily support of the company network, systems and processes.

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for all hardware, software and associated peripherals/devices across 10 sites in N. Ireland/Ireland.
  • Install, configure and maintain operating systems to agreed standards.
  • Perform upgrades, new installations and carry out routine procedures on site infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot system, server and network problems and diagnose and solve hardware and software faults.
  • Helpdesk administration and escalation, backup, antivirus, Office365 and IT asset management administration.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required

  • 3rd level education and a background within a similar IT Support environment.
  • Office 365 Desktop Apps (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
  • Experience of Office365 administration including Exchange, OneDrive, Teams and SharePoint.
  • Experience of Windows Server including Active Directory, Group Policy and HyperV.
  • Good communication required with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Full Driver’s license.
